TradeLoom Terms of Service.

By signing up you agree to these terms. Read them — they matter, and they are designed to keep the service safe for everyone.

1. What you can use it for

TradeLoom is an answering service and front desk for your legitimate trade business. You agree to use it only to run your own business and to receive calls from people who have a genuine reason to reach you.

2. You will not misuse it

You agree you will NOT use TradeLoom, your phone number, or the call data to:

Scam, defraud, or mislead any caller.
Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse any person.
Make robocalls, telemarketing calls, or spam any number.
Run collections, debt-sales, or any activity requiring consent we have not obtained.
Do anything illegal, or help anyone else do anything illegal, in your state or the caller's.
Use the line for a purpose you did not disclose when you signed up.

We take this seriously. Misuse is grounds for immediate termination without refund, and may be reported to the authorities.

3. Calls and recordings

Callers are told the call is being recorded. You are responsible for the legality of forwarding your business line to us in your jurisdiction.

4. Your data

Your calls, recordings, and briefs are yours. They are never used to train a computer. We do not sell them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Billing

Monthly, prorated on plan changes, cancel any time. No refund for a partial month. Your plan's call cap protects both of us; at the cap we notify you, we do not silently stop answering.

6. What we don't promise

TradeLoom answers calls but does not guarantee it catches every one — carriers drop calls and phones lose signal. We are not liable for a missed call or a lost job.

7. Prices and quotes are yours

Anything quoted from your rate card is your quote, not ours. You own what gets said about money to your callers.

8. Acceptable use & consent

Your line can't be used for telemarketing, collections, or anything requiring TCPA consent we haven't obtained. You're responsible for setting up and maintaining forwarding on your own line and telling us when your number changes.
